Pop artist christopher lee sauvé collaborates with innovative watchmaker

A multi-hyphenate talent; a multi-channel artist; a multi-titled art director. Take your pick. Christopher Lee Sauvé’s expertise spans graphic design, print campaigns, in-store, video and digital media with a compelling viewpoint that inspires emotion as well as occasional outrage.

Daring and sometimes shocking, he takes inspiration from punk rock, graffiti art, pop culture, street fashion and social activism. Christopher’s first guerilla art-fashion experiment in late 2008 to “Save Anna” (Vogue’s high-profile editor) catapulted him to instant success. Previous projects span a roster of collaborators: from Madonna and Miley to Sephora and Warby Parker to American Express and The New York Times.

A native of Canada, he relocated to NYC in 2006; launched his US career as Senior Designer with Diane Von Furstenberg; moved on to Alexander Wang as Art Director; and then to MŸAŸC Cosmetics as Design Director. Each step enhanced his skill and talent to help launch and build global brands. In addition to his artistic endeavors, he works on his own label and project-based stints with AR New York.

Bulova’s first-ever collaboration with Sauvé reinforces the storied company’s genius for being ahead of its time. Christopher’s fresh point of view will be linked to Bulova’s ladies’ diamonds collection—itself a breakthrough, with a unique prong setting that intensifies the stone’s brilliance!

Designed to enhance the gift-giving experience, his customized-for-Bulova original graphics will be applied to our shopping bags/tissue, sleeves; in-case signage and custom window wraps to energize the in-store shopping experience. Web and digital ad banners as well as social media will expand the reach to showcase Christopher’s talent and reinforce Bulova’s brand equity.
